Financial Services Access Protection Bill for Georgia Firearms Businesses
The Georgia Firearms Industry Nondiscrimination Act, or FIND Act, has been introduced in the Georgia General Assembly as Senate Bill 282 by Sen. Jesse Stone, 23rd. The Georgia FIND Act would amend state statues relating to deceptive or unfair practices to prohibit the discriminatory refusal to provide credit or financial services to those persons engaged in the lawful commerce of firearms or ammunition products.
