A federal government ban on the sale of guns to medical marijuana card holders does not violate the 2nd Amendment, a federal appeals court said Wednesday.

It came in a lawsuit filed by S. Rowan Wilson, a Nevada woman who tried to buy a firearm in 2011 after obtaining a medical marijuana card.

I am familiar with adage money can’t buy happiness, but I have also heard the phrase happiness is a loaded gun.

Needless to say I am a bit conflicted. I used money — which can’t buy happiness — to buy magazines, which load guns — which is synonymous with happiness.

Would the fact that this Lybian rebel is crossing the street on roller blades while firing an AK constitute a drive by?
