Triple Gold for USA at World Cup Season Opener

Despite a finals venue that was soaking wet and subject to strong winds, the archers of Team USA shot their way onto the World Cup podium five times this weekend, earning three gold medals, a silver and a bronze. 5-6 for Red Bull KTM Factory Riders at New Jersey Supercross

Red Bull KTM Factory Team riders Ken Roczen and Ryan Dungey finished 5-6 respectively at round 16 of the Monster Energy Supercross Series held at Metlife Stadium, the penultimate round if the 2014 series. Going into the final round, Dungey is second in the points and Roczen is at fourth in his rookie season in the senior 450-class competition. Both ride the KTM 450 SX-F. KTM rider Romano Fenati was declared the winner of the Moto3 GP of Argentina on Sunday at the brand new Termas de Rio Hondo racing circuit after a final dramatic few seconds in the final corner when he bumped both Red Bull KTM Ajo’s Jack Miller and Alex Marquez. For the second straight year Browning has won the Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Central Open on the Red River. Oregon Commission Sets 2014 Halibut Seasons

The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission set the 2014 sport and commercial halibut seasons during its meeting today in North Bend. The Pacific halibut seasons set today are concurrent with those recently adopted by the International Pacific Halibut Commission and the National Marine Fisheries Service, and are similar to 2013 seasons. Spohrer Sprints to First at Red River

A change in his practice methods for the Bass Pro Shops Central Open #2 presented by Allstate on the Red River is paying off for Gerald Spohrer. Last year the Gonzalez, La., angler ran the banks in practice and tried to make a milk run of spots during the tournament.
