Hunters' opinions differ on what the maximum effective---as well as ethical---range of any particular bow is, but most agree that an amazing long-distance shot on the range is still very impressive. In the video below, Matt of Trophy State of Mind TV decides to set his sights on something a little bit further---300 yards further, to be exact.
The archer doesn't go into much detail on the setup he was using, but Matt did specify that he was shooting Black Eagle Carnivores.

The last Saturday in April is the unofficial opening day for fishing season in Michigan, as it is the official opening day for walleye, pike, and muskellunge in inland waters of the Lower Peninsula; the opening day for catch-and-release bass fishing in the Great Lakes and connecting waters as well as the inland waters of the Lower Peninsula; and the statewide opener for trout for steams with closed seasons.

National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) chapters in Indiana budgeted more than $103,500 to further the Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. initiative within the state in 2014.

Florida Lawmakers Call for Bear Hunting after Recent Maulings
Twelve state lawmakers sent a letter to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's (FWC) executive director Nick Wiley this week, urging him to consider allowing limited bear hunting in some parts of Florida. New Jersey Hatchery to Euthanize Another 90,000 Trout in Disastrous Outbreak
In March, New Jersey wildlife officials announced that over 114,000 trout were euthanized at the state's Pequest Trout Hatchery due to an outbreak of the fatal bacterial disease furunculosis. On Tuesday, the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife confirmed that the hatchery will be killing an additional 90,000 brook trout after the remaining raceway of trout tested positive for the disease.
