Causes of death: can you spot what’s missing?
PhD research candidate Avi Roy created the following graphic that compares causes of death in the United States in 1900 with 2010. Can you spot what’s missing?
Here’s a hint: the data (once again) doesn’t match the gun control rhetoric from the Democrat party. For more information, check out How Americans Die.

Ladies: Get Training
Natalie Foster discusses the importance of women getting self-defense training and having the ability to protect themselves.
In a world where women are climbing corporate ladders and breaking glass ceilings on a daily basis, where we now embrace the strong, self-reliant female, I’m actually shocked at the number of women I meet who have no ability whatsoever to defend themselves.
Watch below.

Clearing Handgun Malfunctions
Aaron from Sage Dynamics covers the two most common handgun malfunctions, and clearing methods for both. In my opinion, if you carry a gun, you should practice clearing malfunctions regularly.

The Worst is on the Way
The Life of Duty crew takes a look at the recent terrorist attacks in Kenya, Mumbai and Beslan, and say that it’s only a matter of time before this type of coordinated terror takes place in America.
The Kenyan mall massacre is very likely going to happen in this country to some extent.

Normandy: A Hero Returns
LtCol Oliver North and the Frontlines team joined 94-year-old WWII veteran paratrooper John Perozzi on what is likely to be his last journey back to the site of the D-Day invasion, where they visited the graves of the heroes who selflessly gave their lives to help free a continent from Nazi Germany control and end the war.
The price of freedom…is expensive.

Shoot, Move, Communicate
I continue to be surprised how much I like Media Lab, the NRA Freestyle show where Dom Raso breaks down Hollywood movie scenes. I’m not much a Hollyweird fan, so honestly I didn’t expect to like Media Lab as much as I do.
In this episode, Dom breaks down the art of shooting, moving and communicating with a scene from “Heat” (which I have actually seen – great movie). Well worth a watch.
