Gun Free Zone
Lesson. Learned.
Tell a lie big enough
According to our president, it is easier to buy a gun than a book or fresh vegetables.
That our president can say something so ridiculously wrong in public is mind boggling. I would write a longer post deconstructing his statements, but I am afraid even thinking about what he said for too long would damage my brain.
Although I am considering taking bets on what Obama will say “buying guns is easier than _______” next.
I think I’m just going to end this with the popular meme:
I’m sorry that I’m having a hard time believing you due to your track record of being a lying liar that constantly lies out of your lying liar hole.
Ignorance in graphic display.
My guess is that Protest Easy Guns is not aware that Teddy carried concealed most of his presidency and was an avid hunter and gun owner pretty much till he died.
I’ll leave to you to snark at the sheer level of stupidity of this woman.
Hat tip to Mike’s Corner.
About the “We need to amend the Constitution to ban the Second Amendment.”
Good luck with that. Statistics are not in your favor:
And as for a Constitutional Convention, I think you have a better chance to get Medicare to pay for a Barret .50 BMG and thousand rounds of ammo. If what I read is accurate, 200 attempts have been made with zero results.
And, of course, there is that thing about the Bill of Rights being rights not given by the Constitution but just enumerated therefore outside the scope of a Constitutional Convention.
No More School Shootings in California! (Part 2) Public colleges not liable for violence on campus.
“While colleges and universities may properly adopt policies and provide student services that reduce the likelihood such incidents will occur on their campuses, they are not liable for the criminal wrongdoing of mentally-ill third parties, regardless of whether such conduct might be in some sense foreseeable,” she wrote.

And there goes the budget for Security across campuses in California. But don’t worry, remember that the new law signed by Gov. Jerry brown will make sure no shootings will occur in the high houses of superior educashion.
Go, feel safe now!
No More School Shootings in California!
They passed a law and now everybody is safe!
Starting last Saturday, (10/10/15) you will not see any more discharges of firearms in or nearby school properties in California (Yes, I am using the Everytown/Moms Demand definition of School Shooting.)
Of course, after the next “school shooting” and the necessary pointing out that the law did not work, we will be regaled with the equivalent of “It is just a first good step,” “If it only saves one life” and “we need more laws” volley of excuses and defenses.
In the meantime, the bodies will continue to pile up.
