...A closer look at the 10mm Glock carbine conversion (VIDEO)
Hickok45 goes loud with the hard-hitting 10mm Glock in a carbine conversion kit from MechTech.
The company’s CCU uppers, made for compact and full-sized Glocks among others, swap in after a basic field strip and give you both a few more inches to help generate extra velocity as well as a longer sight radius to help keep you on target at longer ranges.
And ol’Hick seems like he can stay on target just fine.

Concealed Carry Myths: Can You Shoot Fast Enough to Beat the Other Guy?
Remember Driver’s Educaiton? If your class was like mine, you learned about the dangers of tailgating. You know, following the car in front of you too closely.
If you do that, and the driver in front slams on their brakes, you might rear-end them. In fact, given the right conditions, there is a 100 percent chance you will rear-end the car in front of you, no matter how much you stomp on your brakes. Rigging Boat Electronics? Don’t Do This!
Many of us rig our own electronics, especially on relatively small, simple boats. And truth be told, there’s no great mystery when wiring up a fishfinder or a chartplotter. You have power leads, maybe a transducer cable or a NMEA 2000 wire to route, and all is well, right? Well, maybe.
