Order dismissing Lucky Gunner lawsuit

A federal judge dismissed claims that Lucky Gunner and Sportman’s Guide were negligent when they sold ammunition and gear to the gunman who in killed 12 people and injured 70 others at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado.

I think it’s a strange name.  The “bladder position” would probably be a more descriptive than appendix carry, because that’s actually where you carry the concealed pistol when using this technique, but, I guess bladder doesn’t sound too appealing either.

Fifteen-year-old Jaylen Fryberg used a Beretta PX4 Storm, which he took from his father, when he opened fire at Marysville-Pilchuck High School on Oct. 24, 2014, killing four and injuring another, before turning the gun on himself. Court documents now reveal that the teen’s father, Raymond Lee Fryberg, was the subject of an active order of protection and should have never been in possession of the gun in the first place. Despite that, Fryberg had somehow slipped through the system and passed a federal background check when he purchased not one, but five firearms.
