Not too long ago I was thinking, that ’90s reboot of the Godzilla franchise couldn’t have been that bad, right?

Oh, no, I was very, very wrong. These guys get it.

It’s not even like it’s so bad it’s good, it’s just bad and hard to watch. The 1998 “Godzilla” is so terrible that there’s almost no way the new one can be bad in comparison. That doesn’t mean it can’t still be bad, just not as bad.

The 2014 “Godzilla” is hitting theaters this week. Who else is going to see it?

A Philadelphia man who was answering the door was fatally shot through the peephole Sunday night.

The 29-year-old victim was checking to see who was at the door when at least two shots rang out. He was struck once in the face and was declared dead at the scene, NBC reports.

Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said there were other family members present during the shooting, but it doesn’t appear anyone else was injured.

It is believed the shooter had an accomplice and both men fled on foot. Authorities are still searching for the at large suspects.

Haven’t seen much action on Steve Lee’s YouTube channel for a while but he’s back with an RPG — a B40 to be specific — a pile of grenades, a Toyota and some propane tanks thrown in for fun.

You don’t have to be the betting type to give odds for what’s gonna come out of this face-off, a bullet-riddled sedan or a bunch of dudes armed with a recoilless rifle.

Also, and I say this with love, this is further evidence that you can go anywhere on this planet and find rednecks of one stripe or another.
