Richard Chambliss was arrested in May for openly carrying a holstered handgun in Arkansas – something which has been debated on whether or not is legal for more than two years – but during an interview with Blad Knob Police Chief Erek Balentine, the chief heard all of Chambliss’ own interpretation of the law before going off on him and showing an embarrassing display of his complete lack of people skills.

The screaming starts right at the 13:00 mark.

Using Federal Vita-Shok rounds, which send a 325-grain Swift A-Frame bullet out to 1800 fps, with something like 2300 ft. lbs. of energy, Plink’s .500 has about ten times the energy at the muzzle that you would find in a .38 Special plinking round.

But, is it enough to make it through five watermelons?

In May a British man suffered a gunshot to the chest when a fellow Limey who was trying to kill him blasted him with a shotgun, but luckily the British man had an iPhone in his breast pocket, which police say absorbed the brunt of the shot and credit for saving the man’s life. But is this the exception or the rule?
