It was only a few minutes into the 10:00 news program on Friday the 13th when Fox 5 News anchor Kathleen Bade stated that the suspect in a sexual assault case would not be charged. However, instead of 20-year-old Francisco Sousa being pictured, President Obama’s photo was displayed with the caption “NO CHARGES.”

The photo was only displayed for a few seconds before the mistake was noticed and the image was removed.

Two days later, the network issued an on-air apology.

Assignment editor Mike Wille assured that the goof “wasn’t on purpose.”

As several rounds are fired from the S 60MB (57 mm), it’s fairly easy to see – and hear – why participating in such activities could lead to hearing loss. Still, the raw footage of the massive anti-aircraft gun being fired, which was apparently filmed by someone in the Polish Army, is quite a sight to behold.

Open Carry Texas president CJ Grisham lobbies for expanding open carry rights in Texas the same day fellow advocate Kory Watkins, of Open Carry Tarrant County, released a video on social media where he threatens to kill legislators who don’t vote in favor of the legislation. The result is a shining example of how the actions of one individual can possibly derail a cause.
