An attempted robbery of a store in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, England last month was foiled by the fearless store clerk who snatched the gun from the would-be robber’s hand.

The suspect walked into the store and apparently purchased booze and cigarettes as a front. After the clerk, 37-year-old Hunar Mohammed, bagged the items for the customer, the man then pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the register. But instead of reaching into the cash register, Mohammed reached for the robber’s gun instead, and in a single seamless swipe snatched it up.

The suspect responded by promptly running away, and it turned out that the gun was a replica.

A group of guys causing trouble at a Russian outdoor ice rink, get more than they bargain for when they start messing around with one father.

The dad is skating with his young daughter as the gang of bullies continually make trouble with those around, but when one throws what appears to be a firework towards the man, nearly hitting him and his daughter, things quickly change. The father takes his daughter to safety outside of the rink, but on the way out knocks down one of the bullies. He then begins to antagonize the sneaker-clad bullies – all while he gracefully slides across the ice in his skates.

In the end, the bullies get owned by an angry, ice-skating dad.

What was initially a response to a domestic call resulted in a group of Canadian police officers coming together to help an elderly couple in need.

An Missouri man has been indicted by a Missouri grand jury for shooting at an airplane, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

Charges in an indictment for David Leroy Dickenson, 38, of Miller, Missouri, were unsealed and made public following Dickenson’s court appearance on Jan. 20.

Dickenson allegedly shot at crop duster with a shotgun loaded with buckshot on Dec. 3 in an attempt to destroy the plane. He reportedly shot the plane 18 times.

He then tried to hide the gun from law enforcement.

Dickenson remains in federal custody pending the court’s ruling on a detention motion.
