NEW PORT RICHEY — After 870 days in custody, Jeffrey Davis became a free man Friday. He had been in jail awaiting trial on a July 31, 2013 incident in which he shot his daughter’s live-in boyfriend, Michael Davis (no relation), from inside his own bedroom at his New Port Richey home. Michael Davis survived and Jeffrey Davis was charged with attempted second-degree murder.

And I need to plan trips to Arizona and Missouri plus visit the In-Laws in Tennessee. Kinda disappointed at Texas and not at all surprised at California and the Northeast.

Yes, because we need to put a stop to all those Drive-By-“Saberings” we keep seeing in the news.

And we need to stop the light saber loophole that allows the unregulated sale of such dangerous devices as they can be bought at any store  like they were toys.

In the wake of San Bernardino and the high profile shootings that proceeded it, the propaganda arm of the Democrat party fourth estate conducted two polls to find out how Americans felt about a new assault weapons ban.  ABC found that  53% of people OPPOSING a new AWB and the New York Times got about the same numbers with some 50% of people OPPOSING a new AWB.  The rationale being that an AWB really won’t do much to stop a “lone wolf” attack.

I was reading the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office report Assessing the Rise in Unintended Discharges Following the Sheriff’s Department’s Conversion to a New Handgun when I bumped into this table in page 9:

I saw your interview with Seth Meyers, where you talked about gun control.  In it, you discussed the need for “common sense gun control” and to close several “loopholes.”  At first, it was obvious to me that you really don’t know what you are talking about.

I used to like The Daily Show.  I know the Jon Stewart was a liberal and his show had a Left leaning bias, but so is pretty much every other news show on TV.  What Jon Steward had going for him was that he was genuinely funny, and he dished it out to the left as well, calling out liberals on their incompetence and hypocrisy.

That should do it.

Yesterday I was on the phone with a dear old friend that just came out of back surgery. Like me, he turned the half century a while back and all the shit we did and youngins is coming due for payment, with interest.
