Chicago is so safe that this Subway franchise has to protect its employees with bulletproof glass, as reported by CBS Chicago.

This isn’t the first fast-food restaurant and convenience store we’ve seen in not-so-nice areas of Chicago to employ ballistic glass.

That’s the sort of safe we don’t need in the rest of Illinois.

Some might say there’s something fishy about this story, but that would just be wrong not knowing all the facts.
