British and German troops commemorate Christmas Truce of WWI by playing soccer in Afghanistan
In an effort to have a little fun while paying homage to the incredible Christmas Truce of World War I, in which rival soldiers stopped fighting to celebrate the holidays together, German and British troops currently stationed in Kabul played a soccer game, something which was said to have been done by the soldiers in 1914.

A Fresno, California, teenager was arrested after posting a picture of what looked like a gun in his pocket while sitting in class at Sunnyside High School.
Fresno gang detectives found a photo posted on Facebook with the caption “$trapped up in class tho.” It turns out that gun in his pocket was actually a knife with a handle similar to a gun.
On Monday, investigators tracked the 16-year-old down at his home where they found a pistol-grip shotgun, a .22-caliber rifle and marijuana for sale. Police also found a shotgun belonging to the Sunnyside sophomore. He says a family member gave it to him.
