Earlier today Israel Defense Forces released a video of a firefight between Israeli military and Palestinian opposition. The group of 10 Palestinian’s emerged from a tunnel dug into Israeli territory, with the alleged goal to attack a nearby community. All ten of the Palestinian’s were killed by a combination of air and ground assault. Israel lost four soldiers in the firefight, while simultaneously loosing three more in a separate timed attack. J.J. Abrams, director of Star Wars’ Episode VII, gave a sneak peak of a battle-worn X-Wing fighter in an online campaign to raise funds for the Force for Change campaign. Force for Change contributes to a UNICEF fund which is directed towards underprivileged children worldwide.
