‘Too Many Guns’: Professional Anti-Gun Apostate Ryan Busse Should Give Up His Firearms First
Gun control shill Ryan Busse is at it again. Rules for thee, but none for me.
Busse’s latest lamentation is that America has too many guns and they should be regulated like cars. He made the comparison while a guest on the rarely-watched Ali Velshi’s MSNBC show. That’s the same Velshi who insanely tried to convince the American public that their eyes were lying to them in live footage of cities being burned and looted weren’t that at all.

New York Supreme Court Rules State’s Red Flag Law Unconstitutional In As-Applied Case
Red flag laws enable courts to strip Americans of their gun rights without due process because someone thinks they might be a danger to themselves or others. In an as-applied case in New York state, the New York Supreme Court (which, confusingly, is not the state’s highest court, that’s the Court of Appeals) ruled that the Empire State’s red flag law runs contrary to the Constitution.
The decision only applies to the individual in this particular case, however it represents a shift in jurisprudence.

Franklin Armory Sues ATF Over ‘Multiple Meritless ATF Actions and Inactions’

I like your article on the self defense shotgun. Unfortunately I cannot use a pump. I lost my right arm in Iraq in 2006 so I’m now permanently left handed. I keep my M4 handy because I’m so used to it that, even left handed, I can operate it in the dark with one hand. But I like the idea of a shotgun better.
I keep my Mossberg turkey gun nearby with buckshot loaded, but the safety is so stiff that I can barely flip it off with my shrapnel-mangled left hand.

Chicago Rings in the New Year With Six Homicides, At Least Three More Critical
In a “hold my beer” moment, violent criminals and gang members in the Windy City made sure nobody would take the title of Murder City™ away from Chicago in 2023. Bad guys banged in the new year with six homicides as the calendar flipped.
Three more armed teenagers in a stolen car were critically wounded and may not survive. Meanwhile, Her Honor Mayor Lori Lightfoot had…nothing to say about the carnage, probably choosing to spend the holiday at her home in Michigan.
