Tannerite NOT Used In New York Bombing
Authorities in notoriously anti-gun New York City are attempting to claim that the IED blast that detonated in a Chelsea dumpster, wounding 29, contained a common and very stable binary target mixture.
…
…
Now, here’s where I tell you those “authorities” and reporters are either confused, telling half-truths, or are intentionally lying.
Tannerite is an incredibly popular and very stable binary target mixture. It is a patented mixture of high-grade ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder that is sold as two components and then is mixed on-site. It can only be set off by high-velocity centerfire rifle bullet.

Further Australian Gun Control Looming
Gun-controlled Australia is witnessing gun crime at such high levels that state and federal officials are pushing new controls that will do everything from enact a second national gun buyback to increase sentences for gun crime and illegal gun possession.
On September 11, Breitbart News reported that Melbourne, Australia, has witnessed more than one shooting a week since January 2015. The Age reported, “Crimes associated with firearm possession have also more than doubled, driven by the easy availability of handguns, semi-automatic rifles, shotguns and, increasingly, machine guns, that are smuggled into the country or stolen from licensed owners.”
Now The Age reports that Melbourne’s gun problems extend to all of Victoria and often show themselves in violence against police officers.

WA AG Ferguson Proposes Assault Weapon Ban
Attorney General Bob Ferguson is proposing a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
Ferguson, joined by a broad coalition of over 50 community leaders and elected officials, announced on Wednesday that he will submit agency request legislation in the 2017 session.
Ferguson’s proposed legislation has two key elements:
- A ban on semiautomatic weapons with military-style features that render them more easily concealable or more deadly; and
- A limit on magazine capacity — currently unlimited under Washington law — to a maximum of 10 rounds of ammunition.

Medical Marijuana Gun Prohibition
A federal government ban on the sale of guns to medical marijuana card holders does not violate the 2nd Amendment, a federal appeals court said Wednesday.
The ruling by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals applies to the nine Western states that fall under the court’s jurisdiction, including California, Washington and Oregon.
It came in a lawsuit filed by S. Rowan Wilson, a Nevada woman who tried to buy a firearm in 2011 after obtaining a medical marijuana card.
