One of the biggest elections for a Governor’s race is in Georgia where voters will decide whether to keep Republican Gov. Brian Kemp or replace him with Democratic challenger Stacey Abrams. It’s a rematch from four years ago and this time, the #GUNVOTE will play a critical role in deciding the winner.
Election Day is less than three weeks away and the two gubernatorial candidates faced off in a debate to tell Peach State voters where they stand on the issues, including the Second Amendment.
Judge Blocks New York State’s Ban on Carrying Firearms in Houses of Worship
The poison fruits of New York’s one-party-rule hoplophobic hissy fit of a gun control law that was enacted after the state lost bigly in the landmark Bruen case continue to be plucked from the gun control tree. Yesterday a New York District Court judge issued a restraining order blocking the state from enforcing its ban on carrying firearms in churches, synagogues and other houses of worship.

Gun Meme of the Day: Adult Onset Hunter Edition
I think I qualify as an adult onset hunter, but I sure as sh*t hunt in jeans. And ‘worse.’
For instance, there’s a picture of me having brutally murdered a hog with a short barreled rifle made by breeding a Heritage Arms Barkeep with a Rough Rider Rancher Carbine, all while wearing boardshorts, a t-shirt, and shoes with no socks. To be fair, I suppose the shorts are camo pattern…with flowers (these ones; they’re great).

Florida voters got a preview of what’s at stake in the U.S. Senate race for The Sunshine State on Nov. 8. #GUNVOTE issues will have an significant impact on voter’s minds and national gun control groups are spending big to sway voters on the issue, albeit using flawed calculations and disgusting race politics.
Law-abiding Floridians have purchased firearms in a big way since 2020. More than 3,889,000, according to NSSF-adjusted FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) verifications.
Wichita Road Rager Pulled a Knife and a Bystander Pulled a Gun
Wichita cops say a 19-year-old named Trevor Wende pulled a knife during a road rage incident. A bystander saw the hot-head draw the knife and pulled his gun. Fortunately, Mr. Wende had the good sense to drop the knife and the good Samaritan kept things from escalating until police arrived.

LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Good Samaritan Shoots Knife-Wielding Lunatic Who Threatened EMTs
Like a good neighbor, a gun owner is there. That’s exactly what happened in Gainesville, Georgia as a knife-wielding mental case who was “off his meds” prowled the parking lot of an apartment complex.
As EMTs treated an injured victim, the lunatic, Darrion Suave Fraley, approached and apparently decided he wanted to perform some thoracic surgery on the EMTs. At the same time, a neighbor saw the commotion and the obvious threat of death or great bodily injury to the innocents.
CNN’s Attempt to Report the Truth About Guns Outrages Gun Control Zealots
The times they are a-changin’ at CNN. Now that the bottom-dwelling (ratings-wise) “news” network is under new ownership, it has shed such journalistic eminences as Chris Cuomo, Don Lemon (from prime time) and Brian Stelter in an effort to at least appear more objective and informative and less, well, doctrinaire.
Apparently in an effort to burnish its journalistic credentials and attempt to present both sides of an important issue, CNN announced yesterday the launch of something called their ‘Guns in America’ beat team.

In recent days, a trio crashed their likely carjacked sedan on the Dan Ryan Expressway on the city’s south side. Instead of waiting for a police report, they abandoned the car and started running.
Whatever else they may have left in the car, the trio made sure to take their AR-style rifle with them, along with their masks.

Judge Provides Help for State of Washington to Defend its ‘High Capacity’ Magazine Ban
The Second Amendment Foundation, FPC and Mountain States Legal Foundation, among others, are suing the state of Washington over its unconstitutional magazine capacity limit. Like so many gun control laws, Washington’s “high capacity” ban is on the endangered list now that Bruen is the law of the land.
Even though Judge David Estudillo has set a trial date more than a year out, there’s apparently concern that Attorney General Bob Ferguson is going to have his hands full putting up an adequate defense in the case despite all that time to prepare.

We don’t support the Republican purge, at the NRA’s command, of reasonable restrictions that provide us all with some measure of safety, which leads to more deaths, for which these officials are never held to account. We don’t support the obfuscation, the misdirection, the bumper-sticker slogans and fear-mongering used to keep guns too readily available.
