A mother is grieving over the loss of her 9-month-old baby, who died after her 5-year-old son found a loaded revolver Monday morning in their home in Elmo, Missouri, and accidentally shot the baby in the head.

A pizza delivery driver who shot a suspect in the face during an attempted robbery in Dekalb County, Georgia, over the weekend was concerned that she may lose her job since she violated Papa John’s “No Weapons Policy,” but the pizza franchise confirmed that no disciplinary action would be taken against the woman.

Given a major natural disaster, terrorist attack, or even a cataclysmic financial implosion, what are the few things you would stake your life on in a grab-and-go bag?  When it comes to emergency survival, be it wilderness or urban, I believe you can only efficiently carry a certain number of things, so it’s important to choose only the bare essentials.  And those include weapons.

It’s heavy at around 9 pounds empty. It’s expensive for a pump, with a retail price over $1,300. It’s got an awkward cheekpiece and a fairly unforgiving buttstock. It’s a Cheaper than Dirt exclusive. And it has a trigger pull that’s hard enough to make you think the safety is still on for a second.

There are a lot of sites to see at the 37th edition of the Shooting Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show in Las Vegas. Among the more eye-catching are the ever so diligent ladies on the showroom floor who do their very best to highlight and promote new products, equipment and, of course, guns. Here are some photos of the spokeswoman we were lucky enough to meet and chat with at SHOT Show 2015.

The Dover Police Department apparently come across some “interesting” things at times while reviewing their officers’ dash cam footage – like when 19-year veteran Officer Jeff Davis breaks it down in his patrol car to Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off” when he thinks no one is looking.

The Deleware police department eventually admitted that the video was, in fact, staged and only took all of about 15 minutes to produce. Nonetheless, it’s still good for a belly-busting laugh.

Natalie Foster of Girls Guide to Guns fame spoke with Guns.com about her partnership with Devil Dog Arms and its new line of ARs marketed to women.

“The whole point of it, what I was going for was to try to really make something very personalized for women. Obviously the AR market has been going through the roof over the last few years and women are buying them, but what I’m seeing is we need a little more personalization and that’s what I was really going for,” Foster said.

The line includes models in nine different colors in pastels and a pearlized soft shimmer to “let the guys on the range know that it’s your gun and make sure that your husband and brothers don’t steal it,” Foster said.
